Partial Lunar Eclipse

Visible from ~00:40 – 04:50 UTC. In a Partial Lunar Eclipse, only a part of the moon enters the earth’s shadow. You can see the moon with a dark shadow which looks like a “bite” was taken out from the moon.

Annular Solar Eclipse

Maximum eclipse is at 18:45 UTC. An annular solar eclipse means that the moon passes between the earth and sun, but does not completely cover the sun. However, it covers most of it, leaving the outer edge visible as a bright ring (annulus) around the moon.
