One of my favorite photographs is the pillars of creation. This fascinating area of stars and dust is not only a stunning but also dignifying sight. As the most beautiful spot in space, it only seemed fitting to serve as the base for my blog. It is located in the Eagle Nebula (M16), which is also the reason why the mascot of this blog is a cute little adventurous eagle.
